Refund and Returns Policy
At ArtisanSole LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read the following policy for more information on how to return or exchange an item.
1. Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at smith@artisansole.store or call us at +1 252-616-5107. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare the Return: Once your return is approved, package the item(s) securely in the original box or packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship the Item Back: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
If you received an incorrect size or want to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at smith@artisansole.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund is still not showing up, contact your payment provider or bank as processing times can vary. If you still have concerns, please contact us at smith@artisansole.store.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at smith@artisansole.store or +1 252-616-5107. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for defective items, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Personalized or custom-made shoes (unless defective or damaged).
- Gift cards.
6. Sale and Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or in clearance cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy is the same as for domestic orders, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.
